Our consultants will work with your team to develop the requirements for a customized process template appropriate for your team, project and goals. Starting with one of the many available templates a customized process template will be developed. Optionally, a customized version of the 3 or 5 day courses can be delivered to your team using the developed process template. This work can be done on a fixed prices by phase basis.
