Course Cancellation and Refunds
Full refunds are available up until 15 business days before the scheduled event date. Cancellations made within 15 business days of the event will be credited toward future events. However, no refunds will be issued. Rescheduling course attendance within 3 full business days or less will be subject to a transfer fee of $100.00. No refunds or credits will be available for participants that fail to attend both days of the course. Attendee substitutions for the same course will be accepted at any time prior to commencement of the course.
We may cancel courses for low attendance up to 2 weeks prior to the start date. Should your course be cancelled you will be offered your choice of a discount on the next appropriate instance of the course or a full refund.

Effective Agile Development reserves the right to limit the number of discounted seats available in any course. No discounts may be combined. All discounts are taken from the Regular course registration price and may not be combined with Early Registration discounts.
Free Refresher Courses
As an added value to course participants, Effective Agile Development reserves two seats at each of its public courses for individuals who have already successfully completed a course from Effective Agile Development, but would like to take it a second time at no cost. This allows participants to brush up on their learning or attend a session led by a different trainer. The offer is provided on a first-come, first-served basis and must be used for the same course as the original. In addition, this offer is only available within the first six months following the original course, so please contact Effective Agile Development as early as possible to reserve your seat.
We will make our best effort to work with the venue to satisfy your needs for a special meal. However, Effective Agile Development cannot make guarantees regarding the preparation of the food by the venue or caterer. If you have a food allergy or sensitivity, it is your responsibility to confirm the safety of the food with hotel staff or caterer. Students may request a copy of the menus prior to the class so that they can make other arrangements if necessary.
